Eligibility Requirements

You must be a current, active employee of the registered company

Registration must be completed within the 30-day enrollment window from your company's registration date

Your home address must be within SimpleCleanz service markets (NY, Chicago, Atlanta, DC/DMV, LA, Orlando, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Las Vegas)

Access your link: Use the unique registration link sent by your employer or HR department

Complete the form: Provide accurate employee verification information and home details

Verify employment: SimpleCleanz will verify your employment status with your company

Receive confirmation: Once approved, you'll receive your corporate discount code and booking instructions

Schedule services: Book your first cleaning within 14 days of approval to activate your benefit

Frequency: Biweekly cleanings (2 times per month) scheduled at your convenience

Add-ons available: Inside oven, inside refrigerator, window cleaning, and laundry services can be added for additional fees

Elite upgrade: Weekly cleaning option available for employees who need more frequent service

Rate determination: Your specific rate is determined by your company's total employee count at the time of their registration. This rate is locked in for the duration of your employment benefit.

Larger homes: 3-4 bedroom homes available at competitive corporate rates. Contact us for custom pricing.

Payment & Billing Information

Employee responsibility: Each employee is individually responsible for their monthly payment

Payment method: You'll receive a secure payment link after each cleaning or can set up automatic monthly billing

Due date: Payment is due within 7 days of service completion

Company not billed: Your employer does NOT pay for or receive invoices for your individual service

Late payments: Services will be suspended if payment is more than 14 days overdue

Terms, Conditions & Important Notes

Employment verification: SimpleCleanz reserves the right to verify employment status at any time

Benefit termination: If you leave your employer, your corporate discount ends at the end of the billing cycle. You may continue at regular rates.

Rescheduling policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Service standards: All SimpleCleanz Rules and Regulations apply to corporate employees

Non-transferable: Corporate benefits cannot be transferred to family members, roommates, or other individuals

Program changes: SimpleCleanz and your employer reserve the right to modify or terminate the program with 30 days notice
