Due to the recent rise in COVID-19 cases in the country, we want to assure you we are putting the safety of our customers and team members first. We’re following all best practices and guidelines for sanitation, cleanliness, and precaution as we continue to help our customers move forward.

Is SIMPLECLEANZ® still operating?

Yes, our locations across 7 markets are still in operation. To confirm a specific location you’ve scheduled for your cleaning service please contact our scheduling team to ask about your market by calling  888.531.4711 or emailing to support@simplecleanz.com. When calling this number, you will be asked to provide your ZIP code to connect you to check your market location.

What is SIMPLECLEANZ doing to stop the spread of COVID-19?

SIMPLECLEANZ®  is closely following guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments, and the CDC. Locations are also taking extra safety measures, including regularly sanitizing all equipment, using hand sanitizer throughout the cleaning, and even practicing social distancing with our teams and customers.

I have an upcoming cleaning scheduled with SIMPLECLEANZ. Is this cleaning still happening?

Unless SIMPLECLEANZ® has called to cancel or postpone your cleaning, it’s still business as usual for all of our customers who are booked. If you have any questions or concerns about your scheduled cleaning, please reach out to our customer service team to address these concerns.

What if I need to cancel my cleaning due to COVID-19 in my community?

You will need to contact our SimpleCleanz scheduling team directly in the event that your scheduled cleaning needs to be canceled or moved to a different date.

What is SIMPLECLEANZ® doing to support communities during the COVID-19 pandemic?

SIMPLECLEANZ® is committed to providing the best cleaning services to our customers to help them meet all of their home cleaning needs. As we work through the COVID-19 outbreak all across the country, we are also working diligently to not only take the necessary precautions and actions for sanitation and safety with our employees and customers, we’re also offering support in our communities to those affected by the recent coronavirus outbreak.

Is SIMPLECLEANZ® still hiring team members at this time?

Yes, SIMPLECLEANZ is still hiring in all of our markets. As we continue to service customers moving forward, we do continue to hire team members for various positions, including cleaning technicians and inside sales associates. If you've been displaced from a position due to coronavirus and its impact on business, we'd love to have you on our team.
